ONLINE COUNSELING

A Place To Explore You.

If you are feeling lost and alone, like no one understands your fears and pain, you have come to the right place. Therapy is a safe place where we can get to know each other,  identify what changes you want to make and improve how you feel swiftly. I offer individual and family sessions that involve recognizing unhealthy patterns and developing positive ways of coping with life's obstacles so that you can feel more like yourself and reach your true potential. INDIVIDUAL THERAPY SESSIONS

A Place For You. To Be You.

Not sure where to start? The first step is always the hardest. I will meet you where you are and help guide you to where you want to be. We will go at a pace that you are comfortable with. Individual psychotherapy allows you the freedom to explore yourself in a safe and accepting place. Identify your goals. Recognize patterns. Make changes. Adapt and evolve into the person you want to be. During individual psychotherapy I provide therapy for anxiety, depression, fears, obsessions, compulsions, mood disorders, social phobia, and infertility. I am a BCBS therapist and will work with out of network insurance or private pay.

A BIT ABOUT THERAPY

Reaching Out Is A Big Step

How fast or slow we go is completely up to you and the pace that feels most comfortable. Sessions are 50 minutes and usually begin on the hour. The first session involves a diagnostic assessment and clinical interview of important background information and medical history. At the end of the first session, general goals will be discussed and a second session scheduled. During the second session, the purpose of therapy will be clarified and specific goals developed with input from you (and your child or loved one) in partnership with your therapist. There is no right way to participate in therapy because our treatment plan will evolve from the goals you set for yourself and therapy.
