Not sure where to start? The first step is always the hardest. I will meet you where you are and help guide you to where you want to be. We will go at a pace that you are comfortable with. Individual psychotherapy allows you the freedom to explore yourself in a safe and accepting place. Identify your goals. Recognize patterns. Make changes. Adapt and evolve into the person you want to be. I provide therapy for anxiety, depression, fears, obsessions, compulsions, mood disorders, social anxiety, phobias, infertility and more. I am in network with BCBS and will work with out of network insurance or private pay.

How fast or slow we go is completely up to you and the pace that feels most comfortable. The first session involves a diagnostic assessment and clinical interview gathering important background information and medical history. During the second session, the purpose of therapy is clarified and specific goals developed with input from you in partnership with your therapist. Your treatment plan will evolve from the goals you set for yourself and therapy.
